Developing and delivering new routes to market in order to generate untapped revenue streams.

To secure this role, you will have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, working within B2B technology channel environment, with experience of RTM and GTM approaches and an appreciation of the dynamics and the complex interplay across the EMEA region. In addition, you should have substantial experience of building pricing structures for products in a multi-regional and channel centric business

Responsibilities for the role are:
-Managing portfolios for stationary, mobile and supplies portfolios, owning the strategy behind RTM and GTM for each of the product portfolios, across the different EMEA sub-regions.
-Researching and recognising the sub regional difference and how this affects RTM and GTM, and commercial needs, ensuring tailored propositions to each country or sub-region.
-Work closely with other Regional Product Managers to design saleable and sustainable ways to outpace market growth rates for your print and supplies portfolio, to identify possible alternative routes to market, to devise RTM and GTM strategies needed for new products and to take ownership of the fundamental pricing strategy for the portfolios.
-Monitor the competitions RTM and GTM to understand how they are trading and what their strategies for growth maybe
-Develop promotions and programs to grow portfolios and hit revenue targets, working closely with the various legal and financial stakeholders within the business unit
-Ensure strong commercial propositions to and through the channel to include margin stacks, with attention to distribution a focus and priority.
-Build meaningful relationships with sales organisations to ensure their needs are being identified and met
-Being a voice for EMEA in to the business unit, reporting what is needed from them commercially to drive the right product growth through the right RTM.

The person to succeed in this role will be a commercially adept, analytical individual with the ability to negotiate and influence and with the drive to see things through. Someone with vision and not afraid to question the status quo. Knowledge of any 2nd languages would also be particularly advantageous, but not essential to securing the role.

The role is based at the High Wycombe office, but will involve circa 30% travel, both in the UK and abroad. The starting salary is up to £70,000 basic, plus OTE earnings of up to £82,000 plus company car and a wider generous benefits package. If your experience matches the breadth and depth of this role and you have the appetite for growth and success, then please send a copy of your CV to register your interest.
