Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a great company situated in Sutton Coldfield for an e-Learning Developer.

This is a market leader company providing professional training. It is a varied and challenging role that requires a proactive and organised individual who enjoys building and managing relationships.

To be successful in this position you will have previous commercial experience working in a similar e-Learning role with responsibility for the development and support of e-Learning courses and resources.

In this role you will be developing professional e-Learning content that will integrate within an LMS platform, giving consideration for working on mobiles and tablets. You will develop the roadmap for online course delivery and assist with development projects in the areas of e-Learning, and new technologies to continually improve the provision for teaching, learning and assessment. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery as well as liaising with stakeholders/subject matter experts and building effective working relationships.

You will also need experience in using Rise, Storyline or a similar toolkit to create empowering and professional quality training materials and experience of using and maintaining an online learning platform.

Technical knowledge should include Moodle, Totara, SCORM and HTML5/RWD coupled with and UX/UI concepts.

Additionally you will be a detail focused individual who has excellent written English language skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
