A large internationally recognised business is looking for a talented Junior / Graduate Digital / Web Helpdesk Support Analyst to be based from based from impressive offices in the City (London).This is a fixed term contract for 12 months covering maternity leave - a great opportunity to build some valuable experience in a well-known business.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all website, intranet and digital system queries - logging, diagnosing and either resolving or escalating to the correct department.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have some experience in a Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, First Line support Technician, Web Co-ordinator, Web Content Administrator or similar role. It is essential to have a keen interest in web technology with some CMS / WordPress skills. The ideal candidate will also have some exposure to HTML, CSS and web delivery / architecture, but this is not essential.

This is a pivotal role in a large constantly evolving business with potential to build a career. This Junior / Graduate Digital & Web Helpdesk Support Analyst role is paying a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits that generally include 26 days holiday, pension, Life assurance (salary x 4), health insurance, gym membership and a flexible benefits scheme.
