Job Description

Web Site Delivery Project Manager - 6 months FTC - up to £50,000 PR - Aldgate, central London - some travel during scoping phase - Completion Bonus. This is a project to manage the introduction, from scratch, a commercial transactional website. The site will be designed by an agency and built in-house.

Scheduled to run from the 3rd of September, or sooner, and operational by 1st of March 2019, our client is looking to scope, build and deliver a single website. This website should:

*Launched on time and within budget
*Improve user experience on desktop and mobile
*Increase website traffic
*Increase transaction through the site
*Improved automation
*Increased number of leads generated for the sales team
*Reduced page load times
*Effective integration with central databases (e.g. Salesforce)

You will be expected to establish the web project's scope by identifying strategic business drivers, discover and validate the business and technical requirements and the parameters, by obtaining input from key stakeholders and examining and recommending changes.
From there you will undertake research and where possible examine analytics to understand current user experience and identify critical areas for improvement.

Working with input from the stakeholders you will prepare a detailed website specification to brief and select a web design agency. You will work with in-house developers to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within the scope and to budget.

In addition to excellent project management skills, you will need proven experience in designing and optimising digital and mobile experiences, supported by sound knowledge and application of web analytics and website optimisation. You should have experience working within multiple CMS environments including building and administering landing pages, content application and optimisation.

Further, you should have experience of core optimisation strategies including AB testing, personalisation, customer journey profiling and mapping, and strong analytical skills with knowledge in using analytics packages including Google Analytics, A:B / MVT tools, SEO and monitoring instruments.
