Job Description

A fast-growing, vibrant and innovative business (part of a broader group), with offices near Waterloo is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage PR and digital campaigns for the brand.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be adept at working both as part of a small team and also autonomously, to take the lead with PR and campaign management and to contribute significantly to the brand's B2B marketing strategy and direction.

Working the full marketing mix, both traditional and digital, you will be:

Planning development and implementation of effective marketing communication and PR campaigns to support brand awareness and drive inbound lead generation and sales.
Contributing to and helping develop long-term marketing plans and strategies.
Using the CRM insights and marketing automation to drive sales and marketing activity.
Confident monitoring, reporting and evaluating campaign spend, ROI and results against budgets and targets and making recommendations based on learnings.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including emails, leaflets, product guides, branded merchandise etc.
Creating weekly and monthly reports for marketing campaign activities
Taking responsibility for maintaining brand standards on all communications both internally and externally, building and maintaining a suite of sales and marketing collateral.

To secure this role, it is essential you are a confident marketing professional with demonstrable experience of running end to end marketing campaigns that produce good ROI. You will quickly analyse and report on marketing activity and interpret results to recommend improvements, solutions and ideas. The ideal person will have a marketing qualification and be both creative and analytical, with experience marketing for a B2B technology business and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

The starting salary for this role is up to £46,000 and comes with additional benefits and the opportunity to be part of this fast-growing business and brand at the earliest stage.
