An established and successful company is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their head office team. This is a new position that has come about due to continued growth and a desire to in-house a sizable part of the online marketing budget. This is a B2B communications role focused on generating leads and enquires through digital.
This position requires a commercially savvy professional with excellent online marketing experience. The remit of the role will focus predominantly on delivering multi-channel campaigns targeted at B2B audiences.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing the customer journey and maximising commercial and customer metrics. You will manage all sources of B2B lead generation from a web perspective, drive both online and offline conversion via advertising and communication channels and will define and deliver a strategy for customer retention, loyalty and delayed wins.
Also, you will manage several specialist relationships to ensure consistent delivery, branding and tone of voice across partnerships, channels and other departments. This role may well be suited to someone who has had experience working agency-side at some point in their career. You will implement appropriate metrics, standards and processes for B2B marketing, apply multivariate testing, manage the roadmaps and ensure data-led decision making occurs.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you are creative, an excellent communicator who can establish rapport quickly, analytical and with a keen understanding of providing reporting and determining ROI.
