Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Birmingham

A successful global business is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its Birmingham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known and growing professional services firm who utlilise the latest IT technologies.

Working as part of a busy 2nd line IT support team you will be responsible for supporting over 600 internal users both remotely and face to face. Technologies supported will include:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Citrix
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- PC and laptop hardware
- Networking

This role is paying a salary of up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, annual bonus, non-contributory pension scheme, company paid public transport costs and private medical insurance. Hours of work will be 9am - 5pm but you will need to be flexible if/when required.

To be considered suitable for this role you will need to have previous experience in a 2nd line support role such as Desktop Engineer, IT Service Desk Analyst or IT Coordinator and have strong experience in supporting the above mentioned technologies. It is also a requirement that the successful candidate is a strong IT problem solver with excellent team working mentality.
