The successful hires will join the existing IT team of 11, substantially increasing the capacity of the support function. This role is the first point of contact for the organisations user base of 300. Customer service and communication skills are incredibly important and time is afforded to comprehensively investigate root cause at the earliest stage.

To be technically suitable, you must have core desktop support skills. From setting up and configuring PCs, laptops and tablets, to hardware and software support and networking. It's a Windows environment with Office 365 and an undergoing an extensive Active Directory refresh.

Note that you will be required to work occasional Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as part of an IT support team rota. Time will be given back in lieu.

Standard working hours are 9 to 5, across a 35 hour week. The benefits include 28 days annual leave, the bank holidays, a 10% contributory pension, gym membership, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme and dental cover.
