Job Description

 A global Media business based in Central London are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and proactive IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT support team.

Working within a small IT team, based in their Hammersmith office, you will be providing 1st/2nd line user support to the company's 200 global users.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Windows environment. You are expected to have a solid grounding in Windows OS, Office 2013/2016/365, Exchange and Active Directory, while any experience supporting MAC software would be advantageous to your application.

Working within a small IT team means you'll need to be proactive and hardworking with a 'can do' attitude, and excellent communication skills are a perquisite as building strong working relationships with your colleagues is key.

This role would suit a personable, self-motivated technologist who is looking for a hands-on IT support role and to join a company that invests heavily in its staff and offers genuine career progression.
