Job Description

A successful consultancy organisation, based in Huddersfield is looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to join their team. With a new online reporting platform having recently been launched, this will prove to be a busy and exciting role.

The customer support team are responsible for assisting the company's clients with overcoming technical issues. You will lead the team of 3, reviewing the way in which they operate and recommending changes in order to insure the highest standards of customer support. This organisation have a track record of delivering outstanding customer service so it is essential this is maintained. You will be required to show your vision for building an outstanding customer support function and demonstrate your ideas for how to implement this.

A key element of this role will be working closely with other team leaders to plan, monitor and oversee workflows to ensure agreed service levels are being delivered to the required timelines. You will also be responsible for liaising with the internal software team to develop, execute and monitor testing regimes of the client facing tools and software.

The suitable candidate will maintain a customer focussed mind set, possess a good telephone manner and have an understanding of industry best practice and implementing this. It is essential you have experience managing a team, have an understanding of KPI's and their role in a customer support team and have strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail.

The salary on offer for this Customer Support Team Leader position is £34,000, dependent on experience, plus pension contributions, private healthcare and free onsite parking.
