A successful consultancy organisation, based in Huddersfield is looking for a Support Advisor to join their team.
This role will be focusing on assisting the company's clients with overcoming technical issues. You will join the customer support team, reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader. Your role will include dealing with client data queries on the telephone and via email, processing data files for the production of reports, and assisting in the analysis of datasets as part of research projects.
The suitable candidate will maintain a customer-focused mindset, possess a good telephone manner and have strong IT and Excel skills. Ideally, you will come from a call centre/customer service background.
The salary on offer for this Customer Support Advisor position is £18,000 plus benefits.
