Job Description

Telecoms Account manager - Chiswick, West London - £25,000 + bonus. A highly successful telecoms company has an opportunity for an extremely organised and professional Customer Service Administrator / Account manager to join their team.

If you have recently been working in a sales support capacity within a technology or telecoms environment, this would give you an ideal platform to start in this role. However it is not essential.

In this role you will be supporting the Head of Key Accounts to service, retain and grow the existing customer base. You will be working in an account management/customer support capacity and your responsibilities will include responding to telephone and email based enquiries and to ensure that clients receive the highest possible level of customer service. Additionally you will look to identify growth opportunities within the accounts.

All or most of the below experience is required to be considered for this role:
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- High degree of IT literacy i.e. particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Dealing with incoming and out going product information requests
- Produce daily, weekly & monthly reports as required
- Update CRM database information
- Strong office administration skills incl. document management & issuing information packs
- Experience dealing with customers creating introductory packs and information

You will need to be capable of working in a fast paced environment where at any one time multiple task could require your attention, where all are expecting your attention and a speedy professional service.

You would have a choice of two working patterns Monday -Friday 9.30am-6.00pm or 11.30am-8.00pm as well as receiving a benefits package of 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, healthcare, gym membership and a generous bonus
