Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking) - Queensborough, Kent- up to £22,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international manufacturer and distribution group of FMCG products. The business has experienced remarkable growth since its launch and it's a very exciting time to join.

As Customer Service Advisor, your daily duties will include:

*Answering customer queries over the phone, via email and social media channels.

*Working to track orders and communicate with freight companies to ensure successful delivery, registering any damage or losses to stock and reissuing replacement orders.

*Responding to any payment queries in a timely and sensitive manner.

*General administrative support such as processing mail, maintaining accurate database records, provide ad-hoc support as needed to other members of the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have fluent French language skills and demonstrable customer service experience held in a similar role. You will also be a well organised and proactive individual, with solid computer skills and good attention to detail.
