Job Description

A multi-national technology firm is looking to add a personable and astute Customer Service Agent to their Helpdesk team, in a role that will require excellent communication skills coupled with an eagerness to help clients and ensure the best level of service is provided every time.

Working within the IT Helpdesk, you will act as the first point of contact for external customers looking to log hardware and software issues on a range of bespoke products produced by our client. Some of your typical duties will include:

*Handling all emails and calls that come into the business for hardware/software support
*Escalating logged faults to the relevant department within the business
*Making notes and tracking customer activity on the internal CRM (Salesforce)
*Following up with customers, providing feedback and seeing problems through to resolution
*Escalating service issues to the Service Delivery Manager
*Consistently ensuring a first class service is provided to all clients

In order to be suitable for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have excellent communication skills, coupled with proven experience of working in a similar role, providing customer support. Whilst not essential by any means, ideally our client is looking for someone who has experience working with technical products or a keen interest in technology and a desire to further develop their skillset technically.
