A global online company requires a Client Success Campaign Manager for a 7 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The main purpose of this role will be to maintain & grow client accounts; whilst maximising and developing customer journeys and conversion optimization for the company's products.
To be suitable for this role you will have a passion for delivering outstanding client service, excellent communication skills & be digitally savvy particularly with regards to email marketing. The role will involve working with stakeholders to deliver successful email marketing campaigns for clients.
You MUST have experience of:
- Attending client meetings and presenting findings
-Email & social media marketing
-Hands-on experience of digital marketing and be generally tech-savvy
- Email marketing campaign management
-Provide a main point of contact for clients; relationship building and client management
-Work closely with the sales team to manage client expectations
-Provide insight and campaign analysis for the purposes of client reporting; ensuring regular status updates
-Attain client feedback and testimonials
