As Business Intelligence Analyst and part of the performance team, working alongside like minded people in this highly regarded position. You will utilise your expertise across the business and be involved in all areas of customer analysis for this multi-billion pound organisation.

Fundamentally, this role will offer the opportunity to monitor and improve the performance of the business through data driven analysis and insight analysis, delivering your analysis to key stake holders across the group in order to ultimately drive the business forward.

Your daily duties will consist of data reporting, daily operations and date capture with a focus on:

- Identifying and interpreting complex data sets analysing patterns and trends.

- Conducting analysis for stake holders and financial reporting on a daily to monthly basis.

- Running analysis of the KPI's in place and recommending improvements to management.

- Creating dashboards, graphs, reports and presentations to deliver your findings.

- Analysing research on; customer insights, online insights to identify and improve any problematic areas.

- Calculating return on investment and recommending suggestions to the operations team.

This position would welcome a highly analytical individual with a robust Mathematical background, in the form of a relevant degree ideally. The model candidate would have experience within the online gaming space and have demonstrated success within a highly analytical role utilising SQL. Additionally, experience with reporting tool such as Tableau or Microstrategy is essential to securing the position.

The starting salary for this role is up to £50,000 dependant on experience,the business also boasts an impressive bonus package and array of benefits including; private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan. Holidays are 25 days. Contracted working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, however the business operates, flexibility on time and the option of working from home if required.
