Business Analyst / IT Project Manager / Programme Manager - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire - £55,000 plus £6.3k car allowance, bonus and benefits.
Secure a pivotal role inside a truly global and market leading technology business as a IT Business Relationship Manager, serving as a business leaders single point of contact for IT related business projects.

Developing business requirements, modelling current and desired capabilities, conducting gap analysis, prioritizing projects and IT investment, and maximizing IT value creation, are all key requirements of this role. Working closely with both IT and Finance, you will translate these into highly complex IT business projects. You will lead this process, presenting alternative solutions and their respective costs, benefits, and timing to business leaders to drive cost reduction and value generation in business projects.

As well as being a technical Business Analyst / Project Manager, with experience leading the development of end-to-end solutions and applications, you will also have a strong understanding of the Financial/Accounting functions of a business, being confident performing moderately complex cost/benefit analysis when researching purchase and investment decisions and with knowledge of related applications. In addition, you should demonstrate a good understanding of ERP systems and related touch points including SaaS solutions and analytics.

The person to secure this role will demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, adept at influencing and managing stakeholders and key business relationships. They will be passionate about working with emerging technologies, commercially driven and have proven experience with business projects enabling end-to-end integration between front and back office functions including Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Legal. Experience of Oracle is expected.

This role covers the EMEA region, as such travel across EMEA should be expected.

The starting salary for this role is up to £55,000 plus £6.3k car allowance, bonus and great benefits as well as the opportunity to work an influential role in this global business, with great exposure to senior stakeholders in the company.
