Brand Manager - FMCG - Chertsey, Surrey

A market leader within the FMCG industry have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join their wider marketing team. With sales spanning across 50 countries globally, this well regarded and rapidly growing business is widely recognised for its product innovation and award-winning brands.

Managing a team of three, you will be responsible for increasing brand revenue through identifying, developing and executing brand trade marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Team management
Develop the brand strategy encompassing activation plans, customer targeting and consumer campaigns
Monitor and review the implementation of individual brand plans; making recommendations where required
Prepare & deliver reports on brand & sales performance
Management of marketing budgets
Help support and cement global Brand Marketing function to support global markets
Define and successfully deliver complex projects ensuring significant ROI

To be suitable for this Brand Manager role you will demonstrate the following attributes:

Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions
Recommend and implement new processes and procedures
Stakeholder management

The ideal candidate will come from a brand management background with exposure to the FMCG industry. You will have managed or mentored more junior team members previously and will have proven experience delivering a product portfolio and brand strategy.

The salary on offer for this Brand Manager role is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
