Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Billing Administrator or Billing Clerk to join a global leading consultancy firm for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Based in the heart of Kingston upon Thames in Surrey / South West London, my client is in need of a confident & outgoing billing specialist to join the Reporting & Billing team.

With a solid accountancy / bookkeeping background you will be highly proficient with managing a high level of bills, invoices, renewals, refunds, cancellations, credit notes & customer queries.

Working within agreed SLA's & KPI's you will be responsible for ensuing timely & accurate invoices are generated and received. You will be highly analytical, need a strong attention to detail, and enjoy dealing with customers & internal account managers on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of supporting a busy sales team in a fast-paced commercial environment and ideally have experience in professional services.

Any experience with SAP & Salesforce would be highly beneficial but is NOT essential.
