Job Description

A global and very well-established financial services business is looking to add a competent Application Support Analyst to its growing team.

Working in this fast paced trading environment you will be working within a team of Application Support Specialists, assisting in delivering the smooth running of all platforms this global business operate on.

Some of your typical daily duties will include:
*Troubleshooting applications
*Assessing business critical support
*Providing root cause analysis
*Designing work arounds and solutions where applicable

In order to be suitable for this position it is essential that you are a confident and personable Application Support Analyst with the ability to communicate at any level. In addition to this, our client expects that you will have some basic commercial exposure to SQL. Lastly, it would be highly advantageous to your application if you have previous experience working within the financial services industry, supporting Meta Trader 4 (MT4), but this is not considered a prerequisite.
