Growing, global business in the energy sector looking for a proven IT Helpdesk / Application Support Analyst to be based from their office in Central London. Tasked with providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support for the business critical suite of bespoke software used by clients across EMEA.

It is essential to have experience in a Helpdesk / Application Support Analyst role supporting and maintaining uptime-critical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as knowledge of ticketing systems are also required. Any knowledge of database design, virtualisation or C based programming languages (C, C++, C#) will be highly beneficial, but are not essential.

This Helpdesk / Application Support Analyst role represents an opportunity for a tech savvy professional to join a growing company. This role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience plus benefits including non-contributory pension, 25 days holiday and personal training budget.
