Job Description

A well-established international business is looking to add a driven and hardworking Application Support Analyst to their growing team.

Working within this multinational organisation, you will play a key and pivotal role within the growing IT function, providing 2nd/3rd line support to external clients, supporting a bespoke software application, designed and developed by our client. Additionally, you will also be expected to provide some internal user support to your colleagues as well as helping to monitor the company's overall IT infrastructure.

To be suitable for this role of you MUST have demonstrable expertise working within a Windows environment, supporting bespoke applications. Additionally, experience supporting Windows server infrastructure (2012/2016), Windows operating systems 7/10, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory would be highly advantageous to your application.
