Job Description

A large not for profit / charity organisation based in Marylebone have an urgent requirement for an Administrator to join their team.

*Please note that you must be able to start immediately in order to be considered for this role. Please do not apply if you are unable to start immediately.

This Administrator role will run for a period of 4 months and is paying £14 per hour.

Daily duties will include:
- General office administration
- Data entry / input
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Office
- Taking department telephone calls
- Diary / meeting management

To apply for this Office Administrator role you must be immediately available and have the following:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience of providing generic office administration tasks
- Ideally you will have experience providing administrative assistance in an accounts environment
