A market leading manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk to add to their team based in the Curdworth area, E Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from parts of Worcestershire & Warwickshire). This is a contract for initially 6 months, with a possibility of extension for the right candidate

The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the European accounts payable function. Duties will include ensuring timely payments to vendors, liaising with suppliers and resolving GRN reconciliation disputes.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an Accounts Payable Administrator, General Ledger Co-ordinator, Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role, ideally in a fast paced environment with a high volume of data. It is essential to have strong Excel skills and ideally a good knowledge of SAP and AS400.
