Job Description

An established and growing business is looking to add a resourceful Accounts Administrator / Junior Purchase Ledger Clerk into their small Accounts team based in the Hampton Court area, Surrey / South West London.

Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for checking orders/delivery notes, loading invoices onto the system, preparing payments and filing hard copies - this role has both administrative and accounts duties.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven office administration skills with some purchase ledger exposure and an interest to develop an accounts career. Strong IT skills including Word and Excel are also required. Any exposure to the construction industry, including trade suppliers, would be highly beneficial but not essential.
