Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT helpdesk analyst to join a well-established and leading IT services organisation going through continued growth and expansion. You will be working in a team of experienced IT helpdesk analysts providing 2nd line support, troubleshooting and maintenance, with excellent career opportunities to be promoted up to the 3rd line IT team and the client-facing IT consultancy team.

With some previous helpdesk IT support experience you will have a friendly, confident and outgoing personality with a real desire to learn more and progress quickly. This will be a service desk telephone and remote support based position where you will be taking calls from a variety of external SME businesses.

Previous experience on an IT service desk will be highly beneficial. Key technologies will include:
- Windows 7, Windows 8 &/or Windows 10
- MS Office 365 &/or MS Exchange Server
- Active Directory - passwords & account management
- Citrix
