Job Description

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a corporate, city based firm to find an articulate, confident and motivated IT Support Administrator to join their internal support team.

The successful candidate will deliver effective and timely technical support to more than 500 users in a multi-site environment. Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills are essential for this role, as is a good knowledge of desktop operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

To be considered, you should have experience with all or most of the below:

* Experience working in IT Support - ideally on a Service Desk - and using a call logging system
* Exchange Server and Active Directory
* Troubleshooting Windows 7 and Office 2010 issues
* Citrix
* Managing hardware requests, set-up and support
* Managing IT administration and assets

The team covers office opening hours, so will operate on a shift basis as follows: 7.30am - 4.00pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm and 10.30am - 7.00pm. You will be required to work each shift on a rotational basis, so please ensure you have considered this before applying.
