Job Description

A well-established organisation is looking to add a professional, personable and technically astute IT Support Analyst to join their growing team.

Working within this small but efficient IT department, you will provide a seamless and first class IT Support service to the 60 colleagues based out of our clients London office. Working in an open plan space, you will provide deskside and over the phone support, ensuring any IT related issues are dealt with professionally and fast.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise providing 1st and some 2nd line support in a Windows environment. Working within a small IT team means you'll need to be proactive and hardworking with a 'can do' attitude. You are expected to have a solid grounding in Windows OS, Office 365 and Active Directory. Any experience with Windows Servers would be advantageous to your application, but by no means essential.
