Job Description

An international travel and retail business in Central London is looking for a friendly 1st Line Support Analyst to join their office.

Working as part of a dedicated IT team, you will provide helpdesk support to users in both the UK and across remote sites across Europe. The overall remit of the position will be to handle a variety of technical queries, by telephone and email, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. In addition, there will also be the opportunity to become involved in upcoming projects.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills and hold a good degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline i.e. Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Systems.

The ideal candidate will also have some commercial experience - which may have been gained in a placement year and knowledge of the following:

* Strong customer service focused skills
* Call logging & remote access software
* Windows
* MS Office & Outlook
* Active Directory
* PC hardware, laptops & printers

Whilst not essential, any knowledge of SAP would strongly support you application.
