IT Support Analyst - Windows 10 / Active Directory / Office 365 - Guildford, Surrey - £23,000 + training

This is an excellent opportunity for a budding IT enthusiast to join a 1st line support team providing telephone and remote IT support to a wide variety of customers in the Surrey, Hampshire & Greater London area.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of providing IT hardware support or software support, bespoke application support, or be a recent university IT graduate, or someone who has recently completed their IT Apprenticeship.

You will be joining a well establish IT consultancy with a sizable IT department split up into 4 support teams providing various levels of support both remotely and on-site.

As a Microsoft Gold Partner they will put you through complete MCSE training & formal certifications with a view to promoting you up to the 2nd line team as soon as possible.

My client is based in the Godalming area of Guildford within walking distance of the local train station and easy access from the A3. They are looking to pay a starting salary of circa £22,000 + pension, healthcare, life assurance & dental.
