Job Description

1st Line Helpdesk Support Engineer - central London - Up to £22,000 per annum plus benefits including 25 days holiday + bank hols, private healthcare and very generous pension scheme.

This is an exciting time to join a very successful, ambitious market leading specialist and European business. This position will see you providing superb technical support, answering queries via phone, email or sometimes onsite.

To be suitable for this role you must have strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems such as Windows 7/10. You will also have hands on experience using Microsoft Office & Office 365, with an understanding of PC hardware setups and configuration.

In addition to this, experience using and troubleshooting Outlook, such as with permissions and calendar sharing in a network environment, would be required.
