Job Description

A global media business with offices in Central London is looking for a bright 1st - 2nd Line IT Support Analyst with Mac knowledge to join their team on an estimated 6 month fixed term contract basis; there is a possibility of the role ultimately becoming permanent.

Working as part of a small IT Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing support for internal users in a multi-site environment encompassing both local offices and also those in Europe.

This is a hands-on technical position and the successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of the company's infrastructure, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner. Excellent communication and good customer service skills are essential for this position.

Experience of working in a similar cross-platform environment would be extremely advantageous, as would any knowledge of the following:

* Providing 1st-2nd line support
* Mac OSX and iOS
* Windows Server
* Active Directory & Exchange
* Installation, configuration and testing of new computer equipment
* Maintenance of telephony systems
* Mobile devices - iPhone, Android
* Understanding of ITIL

It would strongly support your application should you have an IT qualification or hold a degree in an IT related discipline.
