Trainee Service Desk Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line (both remote and deskside) support for approximately 460 users across multiple sites, covering both hardware and software queries.
In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Trainee Helpdesk Analyst, Graduate Service Desk Engineer, Junior Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Technician or similar role with proven 1st & 2nd line technical support experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows OS, MS Office and hardware.
