A well-established managed services provider based in Crawley is seeking a results-oriented, friendly, and confident telemarketer to join their team on a permanent basis. There are multiple opportunities to develop within the business within the sales, marketing, or technical teams. A bonus and commission are included as part of this role and you are required to be onsite 5 days a week. Once probation has been successfully completed, this role will then become hybrid with 3 days required onsite.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have a series of KPIs to hit, including over 100 calls a day, booking appointments for the sales team, qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, and identifying potential customers. You will send out marketing materials to current and prospective clients and there is a real emphasis on relationship-building within this role. Basic administrative tasks such as generating reports are also a requirement of the role and you will be required to carry out both cold and warm calling.

To be considered, ideally, you must have prior telemarketing experience or have worked within a call centre or marketing role, be a strong communicator both verbally and written, have prior experience qualifying leads, have LinkedIn experience and be motivated.
