Technical Support Engineer
The successful candidate will be the escalation point for the first-line team to provide 2nd line (both remote and deskside) support for approximately 460 users across multiple sites, covering both hardware and software queries.
In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Technician or similar role with proven 1st & 2nd line technical support experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows OS, Active Directory, O365, hardware & general networking.
