Technical Customer Service Executive
A reputable and growing company is looking for a talented and ambitious Customer Services Professional to join an established team based in the Beeston area due to growth.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for in-house queries, both technical & general user advice, for approximately 450 users.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Customer Services Assistant, Customer Support Executive, Application Support Technician or similar phone-based role. It is essential to have a strong academic record (ideally Graduate), with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
