Team Administrator

My client, a global engineering consultancy, are looking for a confident Administrator to provide team support and office management. Located in Kingston upon Thames and with international offices in Australasia, India and the US, this role is looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and is looking for a new challenge. 

The role will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance to the company's engineering team, through assistance with presentations, minute taking for meetings and document formatting.

You will also be required to maintain a variety of company databases, document control and project tracking. 

The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience within an administrative role that is able to apply themselves and is looking for development. The company will provide full training for the role. 

Skills required: 

You must be an organised individual with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. 

Experience within a similar role, supporting a team and company processes and demonstrable competencies in administrative support. 

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

This role will offer a flexible approach to working both on-site and from home.
