A highly successful non-profit organisation is looking for a personable and driven Systems Engineer to join its expanding team, based in central London on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. Please note that this employer offers flexible working, enabling the chosen candidate to work remotely, with occasional visits to the office in central London.

In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows OS and Mac environments and have experience using Active Directory, Azure and Office 365. 

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for all system and user issues and support the business during its migration to a Microsoft 365 platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical support operations, including deploying, optimising and supporting applications and users across the organisation. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
