Standalone HR Advisor / Manager

A well-established Not for Profit organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to be based in the Wolverhampton area, West Midlands, and based in the office 5 days per week. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, HR administration, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policies and maintaining the HR systems.
In order to be suitable for this key role you must have experience in an HR Advisor, Standalone HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Officer or similar HR Generalist role. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, along with experience of reviewing and resolving a wide range of HR cases.
