Software Developer – C#, .Net – Kingston, Surrey

A highly successful and rapidly growing business operating within the energy sector are looking for an experienced Software Developer with a passion for achieving net zero.

Please note – this role offers hybrid working- 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home.

This Software Engineer role will focus on the full software development lifecycle for their meter communications application suite – including new protocol development.  Ideally – you will have previous experience working on complex, multi-thread .NET applications talking to SQL Server back end systems.  You will also need to be eager to learn meter protocol development using DLMS COSEM. Full training will be provided. 

Working closely with the Product Owners you will work to understand requirements and advise on technical solutions.  You will have a passion for TDD and will work with Testers to progress working software through formal test processes.  You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies and prepare technical documentation.

The salary on offer for this Developer role is £70,000 plus benefits and bonus.
