Service Management Systems Analyst

A large well–established organisation is looking for a driven Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management Systems Analyst to assist with maintaining business processes and various administrative tasks to support the system. This is a hybrid role both working from home, and from their City, London office approximately 2 days per week.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Service Management Analyst, Service Delivery Analyst or similar role administering and supporting a service management system, ideally Hornbill, in an ITIL focused environment. It is essential to have strong administrative skills (team creation, queue maintenance, adding & removing roles & permissions / restrictions) and ITIL knowledge with experience updating processes, engaging with stakeholders, planning, prioritising, as well as developing reports & dashboards on all aspects of service management. Any coding experience, such as SQL to help maintain, create and retrieve information from databases would be considered highly beneficial, but not essential.

This Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management Systems Analyst role is paying £41,900 plus benefits including a generous non-contributory pension.
