Service Desk Manager

An expanding Managed Service Provider has an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager to join their growing team based in Redhill. This company offers a hybrid structure so you may work remotely 2 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have come from an MSP or consultancy background and have experience managing small teams of people. You will be responsible for overseeing all the requests, incidents and problems, managing and coordinating the urgent and complicated customer issues and taking ownership of the end-to-end service desk processes. You will lead a high performing team where you will be managing capacity and rota's, distributing workload etc. You will also be creating reports on SLA's, analysing performance, driving for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

In order to be suitable for this position you must have proven experience of working within a Windows environment supporting Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Sever. In this broad-ranging role, you will gain experience across a variety of technologies and will have the opportunity to lead on exciting IT change and transformation projects. Experience with SharePoint, Intune and Exchange Online would be advantageous to your application.
