Service Desk Analyst
A well-established Managed Services provider is looking for an accomplished Support Engineer to join its expanding IT team in Uxbridge.
You will work across a mix of BAU support and project based work in Windows environments. You will have demonstrable expertise providing 2nd and 3rd line support, ideally in multi-site environments.
Working with a range of clients, both remotely and onsite, you will be responsible for providing a proactive remote support service for all user issues and will have a broad, technical skillset.
Key skills include:
- Windows 7/10 support
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V).
