Based in lovely new offices in central Teddington and the option to work remotely as well, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are good with people and looking to build a long term career in consultative recruitment. We have a strong reputation in the industry and have been operating since 1999.

Salary and benefits

The salary for an experienced  Account Manager is £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience and you will receive commission on every placement along with monthly/yearly bonuses and pay increases for meeting targets. We expect an OTE of £45,000 - £60,000. Additional benefits include private healthcare, flexible working, cycle to work scheme and subsidised canteen.

  • Recruitment or resourcing experience (either agency or in-house will be considered)
  • Friendly and personable nature
  • Confidence to work with decision makers and build relationships with clients
  • Passion for providing a high level of client service
