Project Co-ordinator

Join a successful IT Services business as a Project Co-ordinator on a  6 month large scale roll out project for one of their leading customers. 

  • This is a project administration and co-ordination role that will require you to be exceptionally well organised, efficient and able to prioritise your workload effectively. 
  • You must be confident communicating customer facing on Teams or telephone and be able to use the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • As part of this contract you will be supporting the Project Manager to work out the project schedule, helping assign engineers to each stage of the project, ensuring they are clear on when and where they are needed each week, ensuring the correct kit is ordered and collected by the relevant engineer and any relevant hotel bookings are made. 

This is a 6 month contract and the company are able to offer this contract outsdie of an IR35 status determination.

It is Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Some hybrid working will be on offer each week and their office is based near Luton. (Due to the office location you should have your own transport)

The rate is £150 - £170 p/d and the person will be required to commit to a minimum 6 month term with further extensions a possibility.  This is a really nice business with lovely spacious offices and a great pipeline of projects across an impressive customer base.
