People and Culture Coordinator

(Transformation Project)

2-Month Contract - £250 per day - Hybrid, Central London 

We’re working with a purpose-led organisation in the UK consumer services space that is going through a significant period of change. To support this transition, they’re looking for a Transformation Coordinator to join on an initial 2 month contract, playing a key role in helping newly formed teams settle, connect, and thrive.

This is a hands-on role, with offices based in London and hybrid working of 1 day a week on-site, where you'll support a Managing Partner in delivering key transformation workstreams. You’ll focus on coordinating onboarding and training processes for two new sub-teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a positive experience as the organisation adapts to new ways of working.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Managing Partner in the delivery of people transformation initiatives
  • Coordinating onboarding and training for new team members in London
  • Helping embed new ways of working across teams, driving consistency and alignment
  • Monitoring progress and identifying operational or people-related issues
  • Keeping documentation and onboarding tools accurate and up to date
  • Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders to support communication and coordination
Skills needed:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Experience in people operations, HR coordination, learning & development, or transformation
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Available immediately or on a short notice period
