Payroll Coordinator

London, Hybrid - £42,000 

We are looking for a seasoned Payroll Coordinator to join our clients HR team within a Financial Services firm. The role is responsible for handling the day-to-day general payroll operations and will report into the Head of HR. The position will also offer the chance to get involved in further HR operations. It is therefore the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skillset further within HR. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a payroll focused position and training for further HR responsibilities will be provided. 

Responsibilities include;

- Providing all payroll elements monthly to the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate outputs.
- Preparing HR budgets and cost analysis
- Coordinating training and wellbeing programs. 
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
Required skills: 
- Either educated to degree level or working towards CIPD level 5 or 7. 
- Previous experience of at least 2 years within a payroll focused role. 
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
