P/T HR Advisor

A highly successful multinational marketing and communications agency based within the travel industry is seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and driven HR Advisor/Office Manager to join their growing team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours a week). This role is based on-site but can be split across 3.5 or 5 days. The office is based in West London, near Fulham. 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR cases across the business and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This business uses an HR Consultancy for high-level HR issues, therefore you must note that you will be the sole HR individual based in this office. You will be responsible for matters relating to Employee Relations, HR Operations, recruitment, etc., and lead in devising and updating policies and procedures. 

You will also provide support to anyone visiting the office, as well as maintain good relationships with the landlord, vendors and suppliers. You will ensure that all supplies are kept orderly and replenish stock when necessary. 

To be considered for this role, you must have proven HR experience and be proficient with using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc).
