Office Operations Manager / PA

A well-established Not for Profit organisation is looking for a driven Office Operations Manager / PA to join its team based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Please note, this is an office-based role.
 
Reporting into the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a PA service to the CEO, co-ordinating day to day office requirements as well as supporting with general HR administration. Duties will include organising meetings and taking notes, managing diaries, preparing presentations, managing stationery orders, maintaining the asset register, conducting HR inductions, maintaining the HR Information System, and supporting managers with the recruitment process.
 
In order to be suitable for this key role you must have proven experience in an Operations Manager, Business Manager, General Manager, Administrative Manager, Operations Co-ordinator, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar role, with exposure to organising meetings, writing reports and ideally carrying our HR administration. This role would suit an organised, diligent and personable professional.
