Office Assistant – Bath – £22,000pa
Working for this Tier Law firm in Bath, this is an excellent entry level role. The ideal candidate will be a recent school or college leaver who is eager to learn and has excellent attention to detail.
As the Office Assistant for the team, you will deal with a variety of responsibilities to facilitate the smooth-running of the Bath office. You will act as the office representative, carrying out office and house-keeping duties. You will be well-organised, an excellent communicator and will be responsive to requests.
Your key responsibilities as Office Assistant will include working on the reception desk, meeting and greeting visitors and preparing meeting rooms, and be the main point of contact for deliveries and post. You will handle travel enquiries, make travel arrangements and be the main point of contact for the Travel Team. You will be involved in facilities management, liaising with cleaning contractors, reporting office repairs, ordering, checking and replacing supplies and general tidying. You will also assist with employee onboarding, preparing desks and carrying out office inductions for new starters.
This role would suit someone with a friendly, professional attitude, able to manage their own workload and comfortable with using the MS Office suite (including Word and Excel). Although this is an entry level role, any previous office management experience would be advantageous. Perhaps you will have worked as a Receptionist or Office Assistant previously.
In return you will work as part of a friendly professional team, set in beautiful offices in the heart of Bath. The salary on offer is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, along with bonus, private healthcare, electric vehicle scheme, enhanced maternity/parental leave, flexi leave and 25 days holiday to start.
